Administrative & IT Support

Administrative Support:

MHM provides a variety of administrative duties for executive management. Areas of support may include:

  • Directly supporting an office environment with senior leadership personnel serving in the grades of SES/DISL or at the Flag Officer level

  • Proactively assisting leadership personnel and staff with day-to-day business rhythms and administrative support requirements, coordinating and scheduling of official meetings, briefings, and conferences

  • Synchronizing calendars, and key leader visits, with capability presentations

  • Word processing, program, and budget analysis

  • Schedule, coordinate, set-up, and operate Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment

  • Creating and updating Read-Ahead Books, and 5X8s

  • Creating, updating, and distributing rosters, phone charts and organization diagrams

  • Supporting automated record-keeping systems including personnel record-keeping

  • Coordinating, synchronizing, and tracking tasks generated by the Executive Officers


IT Support:

MHM provides IT support in administering client knowledge portals, to include Microsoft® Sharepoint® Portal support:

  • Post, update, and review content

  • Configure site(s) to specifications of client

  • Provide custom training on site
